Maingrade Educational Psychologist
Full time/Part time
Hybrid position based in Warwickshire
£46,500 - £56,550 FTE
Golden Thread Psychology operates a ‘Named EP’ system, whereby each school is allocated a specific EP. We believe this is best practice as it allows for strong, trusting relationships to form between staff, and results in effective and efficient service delivery. As a Named EP, you will be responsible for communicating with your allocated schools, holding planning meetings and undertaking the breadth of work requested.
Along side assessment, consultation and training, past school projects have included Circles of Adults, a systemic review of school non-attendance provision, staff supervision and whole class observations.
Golden Thread Psychology does not undertake statutory advice writing or tribunal work.
As the team grows, Golden Thread Psychology is forming links with community-based projects as a way of furthering EP practice. These are shaped around the interests of its employees. Current projects in development include parental support following an autism diagnosis, ELSA and MeLSA training, however it is very much hoped that whoever joins our team will help us shape the future of the company.
